thems. phoenix is looking for volunteers to help us make queer arts programming happen!
From poetry nights and artist workshops to exhibitions, markets, and community events, thems. hosts programs throughout the year that bring LGBTQIA+ artists and community together across Phoenix.
Behind every thems. event is a small team of volunteers helping make the magic happen. We’re looking for community-minded individuals who want to lend a hand, collaborate, and help us create welcoming spaces for our community.
What You’ll Do:
Set up and tear down at events
Welcome attendees, help with check-in, and answer basic event questions
Assist artists, workshop facilitators, vendors, and community partners
Install artwork, signage, decorations, and other event elements
Take photos or help document our programs
Support occasional behind-the-scenes projects, administrative tasks, and special events
Bring your own skills and ideas to the table!
